• Hire of the main conference room, size depending on the number of attendees
• Standard conference room equipment:
  1 projector, 1 screen, 1 flipchart, 2 pin boards, 1 presenter’s case, Wi-Fi, pen and paper for every attendee
• Outside your room throughout the day: specialty coffee and tea as well as sweet and sour treats from the candy bar
• Refreshments served during two coffee breaks (1 coffee break for the half-day package, 2 coffee breaks for the full-day package), for example: milkshakes, smoothies, flavoured water, freshly-brewed “J. J. Darboven” coffee, regional pastries and seasonal fruit
• Unlimited drinks in the conference room and with lunch (apple juice and Dorint Aqua)
• A light, revitalising lunch (buffet or 3-course meal) – our catering team will ensure that you are ready for the afternoon
