Finnish dry sauna
The classic when it comes to wellness: the Finnish dry sauna! Due to the high temperatures of 80 to 100 degrees Celsius, this sauna is only suitable for sauna users with a stable circulation.
The hot, but very dry air stimulates the perspiration and a sauna session has a positive effect on muscle relaxation. In addition, the body can get rid of toxic substances at high air temperature, which can also strengthen the immune system.

Tepidarium
The Tepidarium is a sauna with very low temperatures and low humidity. The mild temperatures protect the circulation, and the body's detoxification and purification process can be stimulated and the immune system strengthened.
As a rule, the temperature in a tepidarium does not differ greatly from the body temperature of a person. It is at least 35 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 41 degrees Celsius. This ensures that you warm up slowly and carefully and above all relax.
